**Throughout the summer of 2026, construction is occurring on both Hwy 280 and Pelham Blvd, the primary street outside the Saint Paul Donor Center. During construction, access to the MBC parking lot is available via Myrtle Ave. (one-way west-bound) or Cromwell Ave. (one-way north-bound) by way of Wabash Ave. Check the city website for the most up-to-date information regarding Saint Paul road closures.
