Here are some common login issues:
- • Your username might not be your email. Because your username has to fit specific parameters (like including a number), many donors aren’t able to use their email address as a username.
- • If you’ve been waiting several minutes for your recovery email, try checking your spam/junk folder.
- • If you’d like to reset your username, please contact us using the steps below.
- • If you are a returning donor, and have not logged into your donor account since May 21, 2020, you will need to create a new account.
